Licenses

You only need one license for Market Radar per tenant. Your rate limits always follows the highest license on your tenant. Here are some licensing examples :

A: You have 1 user managing customer and vendor relationships.

You can assign a Pro license to this user, and let the Market Radar Job Queue job run as this user as well. Only this user will be able to envoke Market Radar features from the client, but all users will be able to see the market Radar information in factboxes and in the Market Radar info page.

B: You want to use the pro license features as above, but also have 3 users that sometimes need to setup a Customer or Vendor and should be able to lookup information using Market Radar.

You can assign 1 pro license to one user and basic licenses to the two others. They will all share the Pro rate limits. Basic users still wont be able to perform Pro-limited operations but as for the A example, will be able to see all Market Radar information.

So in short: You should normally only need 1 pro license, and can then use Free or Basic licenses for the remaining users.

For users to be able to use the Market Radar features, you also need to assign users permissions. There are 3 permission sets for Market Radar:

MarketRadar User	Ability to see all Market Radar information, Can use Market Radar Info and Search features	Market Radar Configuration

Note: Even with the MarketRadar Admin permissions, functionality is limited to the assigned license.
