Agile Development and Transformation
Agile Coach, Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant.
Was one of the primary drivers in implementing agile methods in Microsoft Dynamics. Oversaw Scrum of Scrums and management reviews. Worked with the teams that implemented SAFe at UFST, and was manager on two medium-sized projects and one smaller. At Scan-IT I worked with professionalizing the development organization by improving the agile process to enable weekly releases, and driving the journey toward full DevOps.
Program / Product Management
Led the team that owned the roadmap and product plans for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management at Microsoft. Participated in quarterly planning meetings with Business Solutions management and representatives from other domains.
At Scan-IT I coordinated development plans as part of the Product Content Board with participants from various branches of the business.
Governance and Public IT
Participant in steering groups on projects at UFST as Technical Responsible. Knowledge of the Prince2 project model and experience reporting to ministries and similar stakeholders.
Tools
Has worked with planning and follow-up in Jira & Confluence in both UFST and Scan-IT.
Several years of experience with Microsoft VSTS / Azure DevOps from the Microsoft Dynamics organization — driving best practices, templates and reporting.
